IPluginBase.getLibraries() returning "bin"? [message #332092]

As I call IPluginBase.getLibraries(), I only get one entry named "bin",
however I expected the *.jar files which I added as libaries to my
plugin. Do I do something wrong or is it a bug?

What are you looking to do? I need to understand your usecase a bit first :)
