I am using eclipse 3.4 on Windows XP. The problems view keeps popping up
whenever there is a new problem, even if it is minimized. This is very
annoying.

I one of earlier threads, someone had suggested that it can be disabled
from the drop down menu of the problems view and de-select "Open on New
Problems". I don't see such a drop down menu in 3.4.

Is this a bug? Is there anyway to disable problems view from popping up
if it is minimized?
