Update site and fragments for different platforms [message #331856]

I have created an update site for my plugin. I have several fragments
that are using the eclipse platform filters to contribute platform
dependent libraries for win, linux and mac os. The problem is that when I
want to build the updatsite it will only export the fragment for the
platform I am currently running on.
Is there a way around this?
