"convert line-delimiters" in Eclipse UI? [message #331468]

R3.3, WinXP

I am pretty sure I recently saw a menu that allowed converting the
line-delimiters on files in the Eclipse workspace from Windoze to UNIX
or the like; but now I do not find that menu -- is there one? where?

(Note: I don't want the API, since I want to do this through the GUI,
not programmatically.)
