See target platform's plug-ins in plug-in registry [message #330170]

Is it possible to see in the plug-in registry view plug-ins that are
running in a different Eclipse runtime? In my case all the plug-ins in the
target platform are running in a different program that is based on
Eclipse. I want to see those plug-ins in the plug-in registry view and
control them.
