Hi Chuck,
This is the page with what they call "archived downloads":
http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.php
Then click on the version number under Archived Releases: "Build Name"
(e.g., 3.3, 3.2.2, etc)
I found it using the following steps:
a. Click on "Downloads" top tab from www.eclipse.org.
Puts me on this page: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
b. Then look for "Eclipse Classic 3.4 (151MB) heading" and look for
"Other downloads" link that's next to "Release notes" link in that
paragraph.
Clicking on "Other downloads" for Eclipse Classic puts me on this
page: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/
c. Then look for a sentence that says "For access to archived builds,
look here", where "here" is a link.
Clicking on "here" puts me finally on the page with older versions:
http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.php
Hope this helps. The trick for me was having to remember that
eclipse.org calls previous SDK releases "archived builds"
