Source not found only while debugging [message #329654]

Eclipse 3.3.2 / debug perspective

while starting the debugger I get the following message:

"Class file editor

Source not found
The source attachment does not contain the source for the ClassLoader.class
You can change the source attachment by clicking Change Attached Source
below:"

running is OK with no warnings,meaning that code and runtime are OK, looks
like only the debugger is missing some source file, I tried to uncheck
"suspend execution on uncaught exceptions" at preferences>java>debug but
it wont help

how can I eliminate the warning or make the debugger ignore it?
