Is it possible to change the size of the icons displayed in the toolbar for Eclipse, and/or to create a new skin?

I have a custom RCP that needs to have really big buttons with "words" in them that explain what the buttons do (as opposed to tool tips)

Or, is it possible to show both the text and the icon in the tool bar , instead of just one of the other?

For example, can I force the ActionContributionItem to uise MODE_FORCE_TEXT from the plugin.xml configuration for my Action?
