I am very interested in file eclipse.exe,but i don't know how to
generate it. Could anyone gives me some tips about how to generate it.

I'm quite sure you could get the source from the CVS repository and
build it yourself. If you just need the RCP environment which includes
eclipse.exe, this is available on the Eclipse download page
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.3.2- 200802211800/index.php
in the "RCP Runtime Binary" section.
