I've somehow lost the ability to have local history. I can make some changes
to a file, save it, then go to Team>Show History, and all I see are the
repository revisions. My local edits no longer show up in the history.
However, this seems to be workspace specific, as in one workspace it works
and I see the local history, but in this particular workspace, I don't.
Is there some setting I could have accidentally changed that would have
affected this? My Local History preferences haven't changed, and I don't see
any errors in the log.

The history view has three filtering options: local and remote, local
only, and remote only. The history view has a radio button for each of
these options--they are just to the left of the Collapse All button
(which has a minus sign icon). Try selecting different filters to see
if your local revisions show up.
Failing that, check your local history settings in your Preferences
under General -> Workspace -> Local History.

Thank you! I must have accidentally clicked the remote revisions toggle at
some point, probably when resizing the pane above it. I've not paid much
attention to those buttons before, so I've learned something new. Thanks
again.
