Hi,

today I wanted to install the BPEL-designer, but in Eclipse I constantly
got the message back that the connection to
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/bpel/update-site/ was not possible.
So I tried to subscribe to some Eclipse-newsgroup and again, the
connection to the eclipse-server was not possible.

When I had a look at the Wireshark network trace I found out that on
TCP-level the server is constantly resetting the TCP connection requests
(see below).

Has anybody ever had that same problem? Is there a blacklist that blocks
my proxy's IP?

Thanks, Max

PS: This is a small excerpt of the wireshark trace when I told my
Newsreader (OE) to download the headlines.

You might have better luck entering a bug with all this detail, against
the Website "component" in Bugzilla:
