Hi,

I am currently using the 3.3.2 release and I am experiencing the problem
reported in Bug 182800.

I just downloaded 3.4M5; which contains the fix, and the problem goes away.

Unfortunately, we cannot release using a M build so is there any
work-around/hack for this problem in 3.3.2?

Thanks,
-AJ

3.3.2 will most likely be the last release in the 3.3 branch of Eclipse.
My only solution for you would be to try to patch a copy of the plug-in
locally and place it into your local build...

Cheers,

This bug adds API so even if there would be another release in 3.3.x
this won't get back ported.

What's your problem? Do you need to original cell?

Back porting this yourself with the sources from 3.3-maint isn't very
hard though but if you describe your problem maybe there's another solution.

Chris & Tom, thank you both.

Yes, I need the original cell.

I have a TableViewer and 2 buttons (plus & minus) used to add/remove rows.
I get the exception when a row is removed and then you select any other
cell on TableViewer. However, with 3.4 the exception does not occur.

Cheers,
-AJ
