Is Convert Projects to Plug-in Projects wizard removed from Eclipse 3.1M5a? [message #282746]

To convert projects into PDE projects, I normally select File>New>Other..
and select Convert Projects to Plug-in Projects wizard from the Plug-in
Development category. I could not find it in Eclipse 3.1M5a. Is is being
moved or renamed?

Right click on your project in the Package Explorer>PDE Tools>Convert
Projects to Plug-in Projects
