I have been trying to find a way to listen to property changes on a
resource (IResource, IFile, etc.) but have come up with nothing. I need
to know when a property has been set/changed on a IFile using the
IResource.setPersistentProperty(). Can anyone give me some suggestions?
The classes that I've found (PropertyManager, PropertyStore, etc.) are all
*.internal.* packages. I could really use a hand here.
