How to get the viewer handle from anonther plugin [message #25973]

I have plugin 'A' which has created tree viewer in a view, from another
plugin 'B' I want to get the handle of the tree viewer and add the drag
and drop support like viewer.addDragSupport()

how can get this "viewer" instance in plug-in B from plug-in A. Could you
please provide sample code, how I can implement this.
