right click still crashes eclipse [message #241763]

All versions of eclipse crash for me when i right click in the navigator
more than once. Including the newest eclipse for java developers and flex
builder 3 but oddly not flex builder 2.

Im running osx 10.4 with suns java 1.5.0_07

I get two windows when it crashes the first tells me:
An SWT error has occurred.
Do you want to exit the workbench?

The second window tells me:

Unhanded event loop exception.
Reason: cannot set menu

Im at my witts end.
Any help would be great.
