I was thinking that my work in organizing some conditional code would be
easier if I had something like an Emacs macro to surround a block of code
with #ifdef / #endif, so I added a template. When I name the template
#ifdef, it never seems to appear as an option for content assist.

This isn't an area I'm familiar with, so I wonder if there's some guidance.

I also note that http://help.eclipse.org/galileo/index.jsp lacks an entry
for C/C++. I haven't checked bugzilla to see if that's already reported.
