Hi,

is there a way to use UML2 with cdt?

I downloaded mdt/uml2 but could not see how it works for cdt.

Or is it just a Java thing story?

regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

I found these 2.

IBM Rational System Developer:
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/awdtools/developer/systemsde veloper/
It is good but it is commercial and cost ~3200 Euros ;)

Papyrus:
http://www.papyrusuml.org
It is Open Source. But I never tried it.
It supports Java&C/C++ Code generation.

I made a little mistake:

I meant to say: emf/uml2.

But still an issue - how to use uml2 for c within eclipse?

Regards

I don't know what you exactly mean with "works with cdt" but yes the
delivered eclipse uml2 tools are limited for code generation. Some 3rd
party tools supports C-Code generation:

But better ask in the modeling newsgroup.
