I played around a lot with Utility Projects, Dynamic Projects, Classpath,
J2EE Dependencies and the Build Path settings. I tried to edit the
configurations file manually and read a lot of posts but I was not able to
find a definitive answer to my problem:
I am using Eclipse 3.3 and WTP 2.0 and I want to run multiple Dynamic
Projects in a Tomcat 5.5 that are depending on each other. This means one
Dynamic Project uses classes from another one.
There is no problem with including basic Java Projects as Utility Projects
in Dynamic Projects with the J2EE Dependencies configuration but Dynamic
Projects are not listed there. If I add the jst.utility facet I am able to
add them but the generate JAR includes the whole web application context
folder instead of just the classes.
Is it possible to use the classes of a Dynamic Project as JAR in another
Dynamic Project or do I have to move them into a separate Java Project?
