Since I noticed that there is "Java 22 Support for Eclipse 2024-03 (4.31)" from:
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/java-22-support-eclipse-2024-03-431
That was updated yesterday: Monday, March 18, 2024 00:41 I decided to upgrade to Java 22.

I downloaded openjdk-22_windows-x64_bin.zip from:
https://jdk.java.net/22/
I deleted the old Java 21 folder and created a new one from the zip file.

I open Eclipse, and using the terminal, I verify the Java version, and that seems OK:

index.php/fa/44071/0/

Furthermore, I ran a project that was compiled under 21, and it is running just fine.

When I try to install "Java 22 Support" I am getting:

index.php/fa/44072/0/

Any help will be appreciated.

Are you using Eclipse 2024-03? Are there entries in the Error Log view? Does the log in your workspace say something about the failed installation attempt?

Did you upgrade successfully ?

What kind of install are you using ?
I roll my own...
eclipse-SDK-4.31-win32-x86_64.zip plus maven, Marketplace Client, Eclipse Web Developer Tools and Lombok.
Works great for me.
