I was trying to build Virgo in order to replace the tomcat, but when I built virgo-build tools(VBT-1.1.0), I meet errors:

[ivy:resolve] INFO; I/O exception (java.net.ConnectionException) caught when processing request: connection time out (Connection timed out)
By caught the packet, I found it was the build.eclipse.org site was missing, so what can I do for this problem?
