Hi,
I'm in need of help in launching the OSM Web Wizard for SUMO. I keep getting this error message, "Socket connection failed. Please open the OSM WebWizard by using osmWebWizard.py or the link in your start menu."

I don't know what is going wrong and would appreciate any help.
