i'm looking for the HLD document you are talking about in the mailing
list (see email "[tptp-platform-dev] Re: [DRAFT] HLD Specification of
TPTP Data Collection and Communication Feature Set targeted for 4.0
release").

I sent the document via e-mail.

I'd post it here, but this isn't really a suitable place to maintain future
versions, so if anyone else wants to see this document, send me an e-mail
and I'll get you the latest version.
