You really provide no details as a basis for which I can help further. In the file system, you will need to find the folder(s) that represent project(s). A project will be a folder containing file called .project. Can you find such a folder-containing-a-.project-file in the file system? At what path is that project folder located on your new machine? Which path did you enter in the import dialog? Be sure to answer each question before asking another. If you can't find such a project folder, the importer will not be able to help you because you don't have any existing projects.
