Very often, when I click on this black icon for opening/closing a folder when browsing through the PHP Explorer, Eclipse gets mad and freezes. It gets completely blocked offering no interaction at all, not even the close window button, and I eventually have to kill its process and restart.

My version:

Version: Mars.1 Release (4.5.1)
Build id: 20150924-1200

running on Linux Mate.

Any help on this?

Hi, can you attach *.log files from <workspace>/.metadata?

Having the same problem on Fedora 23 running under VirtualBox on Windows 8. I would like to send you a copy of my *.log files from <workspace>/.metadata, but it doesn't seem that there are any in the .eclipse tree.

Hi,

By '<workspace>/.metadata' I mean path to your workspace, by default it's not in Eclipse directory but in user home. Maybe you can look there. Thanks.
