In 2.1RC4, I notice that when I create a report with the RCP Designer, an
*.rptconfig file appears in the same folder as the report design. How is
this file tied to my report design, and do I need to deploy the rptconfig
file?

This is used to store a parameter value in the designer only.
This prevents the system from continually prompting the developer for the
parameter value.

Is there a way to force deletion of this file when the design view of
report is closed?
