The appearance of Eclipse 4.5 has regressed.
I have been using High Contrast appearance with eclipse 4.4 (Luna), as can be seen on:

Using the same appearance on Eclipse 4.5 (Mars) is no longer a dark theme.

However when I tried to use theme Dark I got back most of the appearance I was used to with Luna, but it is no longer possible to read the text on the menubar.

I am using Oblivion Editor color theme from Eclipse Color Themes.
Running Eclipse 4.4 and Eclipse 4.5 in KDE 5. My KDE has a dark theme also.
Previous eclipse was dependent on my GTK2 theme to get the appearance right. Found OverglossedBlack to work best with Eclipse while using a dark theme.
Edit: I can confirm that its the same problem in KDE 4.

No one else have this problem with the new Eclipse Mars? Using Appearance Dark I get most of the look and feel back, but the text on the menus are no longer visible.
Also there is a lot more padding around the toolbar icons.
Doesn't look like the problem lies with Eclipse. With eclipse 4.4 I used a GTK2 theme called OverglossedBlack. With eclipse 4.5 which uses GTK3 the appearance was changed since OverglossedBlack wasn't GTK3.
I tried GTK3 Delorean Dark and was somewhat satisfied. Could be better though, just have to find a new perfect GTK3 theme for Black/Dark style.
