I use Eclipse SDK 3.1.2 and CDT SDK 3.0.2 plugin with Java JRE 1.4.2_10
and i currently have an issue when i close a *.cpp or *.h file managed by
a CDT project. Indeed, when i close a c++ file, thanks to the cross or the
dedicated option, it takes up to 3 seconds to do it even if i made no
modification to this file ... eclipse is locked during that time. I don't
know what CDT does during that time.
My workspace contains 3 "Make C++ projects" which use directories directly
linked to the file system (i had the same problem when i had only one CDT
project). Besides, i use CDT indexer but i don't think my issue come from
this option because i have the same problem when i deactivate it.
I intended to add non c++ files in one of my projects and i add no
performance hit when i open and close it. Indeed it seems to be closely
linked to c++ files.
My issue must come from an option i have set in CDT plugin or something
else ...
