developers for refactoring operations that already exist in workbench UI
like rename, move, extract etc. For my plugin I will need to change the
source code often, and as much as possible I want to use the refactoring
support of Eclipse itself. As I saw, the packages
org.eclipse.ltk.core.refactoring.*** will be available for 3.0 final
version of Eclipse. Now I use 3.0RC1 and in help the API for these
packages say "Under construction".

Will the refactoring support be there for 3.0 final version? Can I rely
on that?
