Frederic,
Try this:
1 - copy libs from ReportEngine directory in the runtime download, into
WEB-INF/lib
2 - create a directory under WEB-INF named platform.
3 - under platform copy the plugins and configuration folders from the
ReportEngine directory in the runtime download.
