I am a little bit confused with the licence, so I will ask here to get
sure that I will not break any laws. I have downloaded the swt.jar and the
tray-libraries for Windows and Linux, because I have to include a
tray-function into my application and this files are the best I found. My
English is not so good and so I cannot understand the whole licence.
Is it true, that when I use these files from eclipse that I have to make
my project Open-Source and I may not allowed to use it for commercial
projects? If this is true, then I have to use the JDIC, which is not so
easy to handle.

Basically the EPL means that you can make use of Eclipse code in
commercial applications. The situation where your code must be
open-sourced is if you take the source from the Eclipse libraries and
make modifications to that code. So if you're just using swt.jar and
tray libraries, you don't have to make your code available. But if you
modify the contents of swt.jar or the tray libraries, you must make
those modifications available.
