Hi all,

I just installed:
eclipse-SDK-3.1.1-win32.zip
emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.1.zip
GEF-SDK-3.1.1.zip
JEM-SDK-1.1.0.1.zip
wtp-1.0.zip

I start the eclispe and following the instractions in the tutorial
( http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/community/tutorials/BuildJ2E EWebApp/BuildJ2EEWebApp.html).

This tutorial has an screenshot
( http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/community/tutorials/BuildJ2E EWebApp/images/figure4.png)
that shows how to create a project. But my eclipse doesn't have it. There
is no 'J2EE Web Project' in File -> New -> Project.

It has everything else but not new project. What have i done wrong?

Thanks,
Igor

Thanks for your answer.

I just tried to reinstell everything as described in the tutorial you
mentioned. I started eclipse with the option -clean (which i didnt last
time), but it won't help.

Have your experiences installing wtp? May i call you on the phone?

Thanks.

Hello Igor,

A couple of suggestions:

1) Try emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.1.1.zip instead of emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.1.zip, or

2) use the all-in-one bundle, which can be found here: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/webtools /downloads/drops/R-1.0-200512210855/wtp-all-in-one-sdk-1.0-w in32.zip

Thanks to Craig Bosma for the tip "Try emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.1.1.zip instead
of emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.1.zip". It works now.
