I am facing this problem where when I drag an item out of the boundary of
parent container, the item as well as its connections with other child
items becomes invisible. Two small arrows comes in the corner to show that
you can scroll but its kind of confusing as I am not sure how many people
will see those small arrows in the corner. I am looking for a solution
where when I drag the child item out of the parent boundary and parent
border should also stretch and allow child item to visible inside it,
istead of getting disappeared. What should be the approach for this.

Let me explain more accurately. I want to stop user from resizing the
parent container if because of resizing any child element getting hidden.
I think that way the problem will be resolved. How can I enforce this.
