Request focus to eclipse [message #156317]

I have a plugin that runs in a JFrame and I would like to request the
focus back to the eclipse main window. Going further, I have a JEditorPane
that shows a html with links to IDE files. When I click those links, I
open the file in eclipse but the focus is still on my JFrame. I would like
to "show" the eclipse main window, instead of my frame... (it would be
nice if the person who reply, send the answer to my email too.. I need it
for today :) )
