Connection anchors are not added to labels, they are added to connections.

The label would have to implement the NodeEditPart interface for anchors to
work. Also, the model would have to allow something to be connected to the
label.

you can't edit any draw2d component ,if you want to add ConnectionAnchor
,first you must implement Editpart and then you can overidde "getFigure() "
drawing label.
