Hello,

I have installed Eclipse 3.1 & CDT 3.0 RC2.
I get no results for nearly every C++-Search. With CDT 2.1 I get results
for the same searches on the same project. Does anybody know why CDT 3.0
don't find these matches?

Thanks for your anwers

Benjamin

I was having this sort of problem. Then, I read a message on this
newsgroup that suggested indexing was only working when the include
directories were explicitly named as *External* include paths in the
project properties. That seems to do the trick for me.

I suggest you try it and tell us what happened. It would be a good data
point.

After I rebuild the project I now get most of the results. But I have a
few *.icc files in my project which are not indexed. I already added *.icc
as C++ Sourcecode to filetypes in the preferences. The old CDT indexed
these files.
