Kevin,

This feature is schedule for 2.1. It is not in the 2.1 M5 build. For
BIRT, M5 is primarily a port to the new Eclipse version. Most of the
features that are going to be added for 2.1 will not be in the product
until RC1 build, or later.

I don't think that there are any good/easy work arounds for this
feature, hopefully you can find a way to defer the requirement until
June when we will have the work completed.
