I install

org.eclipse.cdt.sdk-3.0.0-M7-linux.x86.tar.gz

In properties for
Eclipse C/C++ development tools

I have

No plug-in: "org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.gnu.ui" included at runtime.

No plug-in: "org.eclipse.cdt.refactoring" included at runtime.

Did you just unzip overtop of a previous install, or did you use a fresh
