Hi!

I deleted M3's ~/workspace, ~/.eclipse* and eclipse/ and setup M4. But still
I do have the problem that every time I startup eclipse that "Please
wait ... completing installation" popup comes up.

Why??

Once. But (with my previous M3 build) I also experienced it one time that it
came up twice. And: the splash screen does not appear. The popup stays open
until the workbench appears.

For some reason it can't find the "real" splash screen. The default
splash screen is the completing the install screen. When it comes up
twice it is checking the configuration. How did you install it? Its
proabably best if you unzipped into a new directory.

This already was a fresh new M4 install/unzip; so I deleted my old eclipse
directory, ~/.eclipse* and even ~/workspace, extracted the archive and
started eclipse....

It now even happens to my run-time workbench. I'm writing on a plugin right
now and already had opened and closed rt workbench for dozens of times.
Then two seconds ago I closed it, opened it, the Please Wait splash screen
appears and none of my plugins are available no more.

I did nothing but closing and reopening it...
