Sorry for the beginner's question, but I _am_ one...
I have a plugin (http://eclipseme.sourceforge.net/) - how do I go about
installing it?

How do I go to the "update manager"? I tried Help->Software Update, but
there's only "Find and Install" and "Manage Configuration" there... neither
have "Process Detected Changes".

I am really lost here - I have no idea how to install this plugin (which I
need badly). Can anyone please refer me to a location where it explains
clearly (for dummies like me) what needs to be done (without assuming any
prior knowledge of eclipse).
Please help me out,

look at the plugin and unzipping works as there is no feature involved

Unzip it as-is? not into its own directory (according to its package)?

did that (for some reason the 'bin' decretory was missing when i first did
that) - it works.
