BIRT: Help!!! [message #143083] Fri, 10 March 2006 16:29 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi! I'm having problems with the headers and footers from the Master Page.
1. I can't add dynamic elements like tables (i doesn't evaluate them)
2. every static element added there doesn't act as a header or footer in
the version of report viewed in the IE or Mozilla (the elements from the
normal page overlap with the elements from the header). With simple text
elements it works ok, but not with other.

Can anyone have a solution? Thank you alot,

Cristian

Cristian,

BIRT does not support adding Tables dynamically in script. You can do this
using the Design Engine API.
You can also add tables and set their visibility.
