I am not sure if this should be posted in "Team" or "JDT", I am trying JDT
first correct me if I am wrong.
While synchronizing with CVS the "Calculating state" takes an awfully long
time and the CPU usage shoots up to 100%. It takes in excess of 30
minutes.
The project I am trying trying to synchronize was checked out of CVS using
Eclipse and all was fine until I had to delete .metadata (in my workspace)
and config folders due to some plugin errors causing eclipse to crash.
After this I created a new project with the same and pointed it to the
previously working folder and did a Team->Share. Eclispe detected the
previous sharing and it all works until I try to synchronize :( . Even now
I am able to do it but i start the Synchronize and take my lunch break! I
do not want to re-checkout the module again, is there a way out?
Please help.
Thanks.
