i created a date/time report parameter in the library, and gave it a custom
format of DD/mm/y HH:MM:s (Im guessing at the formats as I cant find them
documented anywhere). and copied this param into my report from the linked
library. Then realised that the format was wrong (not enough seconds), so
edited the libraries version, saved the library, closed the report,
re-opened the report but the report still has the old format.
I tried it several times.
The only solution is to delete the parameter from the report, and add it
again from the library each time you change the format.
Other parameter fields, such as the help text, do change in the report when
you change them in the lib, so I assume this is a bug.
