Just downloaded the 3.1.1 SDK from eclipse.org and installed it on my
Windows XP SP2 laptop. The first dialog box to choose the workspace appears
with no text to the buttons and when I click (by trial and error) the OK or
Accept button, I get the workbench but it also has missing icons and button
text.
I've tried redownloading and reinstalling to no avail.
