I have eclipse 2.1.2 and am trying to set up cvs repository. I have a
cvs server running on a freebsd 4.6 with cvs 1.12.2.

I am able to set up the cvs repository on eclipse using extssh, but when
I try to commit a project, I get an error saying eclipse can't find or
create the project directory. I can work around it by manually creating
the directory.

When I look at the cvs repository on eclipse, and click HEAD, I don't
see any documents. Even others that I have added.

I have another cvs server running freebsd 4.3 with cvs 1.11. When I
configure eclipse to connect to that repository I can see all the files
in the repository.

I tried to install cvs 1.11 on the freebsd server running 4.6 but I
still can't see any files.

Is there something I need to configure to see the repository?

I can't use the older server because it is a piece of crap that dies
every once in awhile.
