When i open up a report design using the viewer running under JBoss, the
frameset set only has 3 buttons (TOC/Export/Run). The PRINTER button is
missing. Anyone has any ideas what the problem could be?

The Print button was removed in the final 2.0 release build to address bug
123854.

There are other threads about this issue. See "No longer able to use PDF
mode in the BIRT viewer since 2.0 final" dated 1/25/2006.

You can still generate a PDF report via the URL, and by selecting Preview as
PDF in the report designer.
