I deploy my JSPs by copying them to a separate directory (within the eclipse
project).
This is a problem with WebTools because it is picking up the JSPs in the
deployment directory AND the JSPs under WebContent. This means that
searching for references and refactoring updates two copies of the JSP.
How can I tell WebTools to ignore the files in my deployment directory??
Thanks,
Adam

right-click on the deployment directory and choose properties. Then
mark that directory as "derived".
