Hi!, first of all thanks to this great plugin.
I would like to know if someone has a compiled version of the plugin
with the variable encoding issue fixed.

Thanks!

Which version of PDT are you using ?, do you need path mapper support ?
what types of variable are you having problems with ?

If you are using PDT 0.7rc2 and don't need path mapper support then the
original 0.1.3 version should suite your needs. However it is possible
that some resources will display as encoded under certain conditions.

I'm using the I20070226 build + XDebug Support 0.1.4, I need path mapper
support and all the strings values are shown encoded. This happens on
Ubuntu Edgy (php 5.1.6) and Windows XP.

I've attached the phpinfo() xdebug section and a screenshot.

Thanks and sorry for my poor english!

You might try returning to the stable rc2 build and using the 0.1.3 version
with the path mapper support as that version should handle decoding of strings.
