Common every where, work projects are very big in size & load time for
each can be significant. So at any point of time, in a group of
developers, one is working on a single module(library/executable) which
usually corrosponds to a sub-directory in the source tree(lets call it
child1-workspace). So the developer sets all his settings for it & works
on it. At a later point of time when he uses the root-source-directory or
an upper directory as root(lets call it main-workspace), to integrate his
work, his settings for the work-completed sub-module directory are not
reflected into the main-workspace.
Is there any way to auto-matically import the settings of
child1-workspace into main-workspace? eclipse does not detect it
automactically. The concept of workspace with workspace i.e subprojects
within projects would be helpfull if supported by eclipse IDE.
