Using GEF Outside of Eclipse? [message #11141]

I am interested in developing an application using GEF that is NOT an
Eclipse plug-in. I understand the basics of developing a standalone SWT
application, however I am unclear as to where the entry points to GEF
would be.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated. (As others have requested, a
simpler GEF example to learn from would also be useful...)
